Not as a general passport. A CBB licence authorises the approved Bahrain activity, while regulated services in another GCC country must satisfy that country’s own licensing perimeter.
A Bahrain licence can provide useful regulatory track record, but it does not automatically authorise payment, lending, investment or crypto services in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman or Kuwait.
Plan regional expansion as a sequence of country permissions and partnerships rather than one GCC-wide licence.
